The Franklin Group Legacy

The Franklin Group (“FG”) is a privately held real estate development and management company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia focused exclusively on the multifamily sector. The establishment of FG stemmed from the founders’ perception that the apartment portfolio they developed over decades was underserved by a management partner that managed a myriad of commercial real estate asset classes – not just multifamily. They knew that their assets could be managed more effectively, and consequently, they sought to build a firm focused on a single asset class. They believed in hiring and retaining outstanding and driven team members, providing an exceptional customer experience, and making a positive impact on the communities where we are located. Since Franklin Group’s founding, we have done just that.
