Last week, our teams gathered in Norfolk, Virginia to celebrate an exciting evening of achievement and recognition at the 2026 ACE Awards. The annual event brings together professionals from across the multifamily industry to recognize the communities, teams, and individuals who demonstrate outstanding commitment, innovation, and excellence.

We were proud to see our teams represented throughout the evening, with several nominations highlighting the hard work and dedication that goes into serving our residents and creating exceptional communities.

A special congratulations goes to Renaissance Apartments, which was named Community of the Year – Tax Credit! This award is a meaningful recognition of the Renaissance team’s commitment to their residents, their community, and one another. Their dedication and teamwork continue to make a difference every day.

While awards are a wonderful way to celebrate accomplishments, the ACE Awards are also an opportunity to recognize the people behind those achievements. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated, submitted nominations, supported our nominees, and attended the event.
