Stefanie Franklin, Systems Support: Stefanie began her career in the family business at the age of 15, working part-time as an office runner throughout high school. After graduation, she chose to enter the workforce directly instead of pursuing higher education immediately, taking a position as a leasing consultant at Thalia Garden Apartments.

Eventually, Stefanie decided to pursue a college degree and enrolled at Old Dominion University. She graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education and dedicated several years to teaching. However, with property management being her family’s business, she felt drawn to return to her roots.

Today, Stefanie serves as systems support, ensuring that all operational systems function optimally for the company’s site teams.
