This National Intern Day, we’re proud to recognize our outstanding 2026 Summer Internship class and thank them for an incredible summer of hard work, innovation, and growth.

Every summer, Franklin Group welcomes a new group of interns, and this year we were fortunate to welcome eight remarkable individuals. Throughout the summer, they have brought fresh perspectives, creative thinking, and contagious enthusiasm to teams across the organization, including Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Data Analytics, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.

Each intern has taken on a customized capstone project designed to address real business opportunities while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience. Along the way, they’ve asked thoughtful questions, challenged us to think differently, and made valuable contributions that have supported Franklin Group’s continued growth. Their knowledge, dedication, and willingness to learn have made a lasting impact on our organization.

While we’re committed to helping develop future industry leaders, we’ve also learned a great deal from our interns. Their innovative ideas and unique viewpoints remind us that growth comes from embracing new perspectives and working together toward shared success.
