Ronda Coleman, Senior Vice President of Accounting: Ronda joined the Franklin Group in 2018 and during her tenure, she has held the roles of Controller, VP of Property Accounting, and SVP of Property Accounting. Ronda manages a team of over forty individuals and oversees all property financial reporting. She has over 23 years in property management accounting and brings extensive expertise in financial management and accounting leadership within the real estate industry. She possesses a deep understanding of budgeting, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, AP, sales, MRI, Real Page, and Yardi Software, all critical components of effective real estate financial management.
In her role as SVP of Accounting, Ronda provides strategic leadership and oversight for all accounting functions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial reporting. Her expertise drives sound financial decision-making and supports the Franklin Group’s continued growth and success.
Ronda holds a (B.A.) Business Administration with a Specialization in Accounting from St. Leo University and a (M.B.A.) Master of Business Administration from Troy University, further solidifying her strong foundation in financial principles and strategic business practices. This academic background, coupled with her hands-on experience, makes her an invaluable asset to the Franklin Group’s leadership team. Ronda is also a graduate of the CIVIC Institute Executive Program and the KPMG Women’s Leadership Program.
