We’re excited to welcome Katherine Vance as Vice President of Compliance at Franklin Group. 

Katherine brings significant expertise in affordable housing regulatory compliance, including experience with LIHTC, HUD programs, and other federal and state housing regulations. 

In her role, she will oversee compliance strategy across Franklin Group’s portfolio and work closely with property management and development teams to support operational excellence while maintaining strong regulatory alignment.
