Her journey with Franklin Group began as a Regional Property Manager, where she quickly distinguished herself as a dynamic leader with a comprehensive understanding of the property management industry. As the company experienced rapid growth, Rian’s exceptional leadership and strategic vision made her the ideal candidate to spearhead the development and management of a dedicated Human Resources Department.

In her current capacity, Rian has successfully built a robust HR team, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, HR policy development, and employee relations for the entire Franklin Group workforce. Her role continues to evolve and expand in alignment with the company’s growth trajectory, and she consistently surpasses expectations in every endeavor.
