Rhonda Mixer, debt and equity manager, is a member of the development team. Rhonda evaluates the feasibility of new developments and acquisitions and manages the due diligence process during pre-development phases of new projects. She is also responsible for the processing and closing of debt and equity associated with the development and acquisition of apartment assets. Rhonda has a bachelor’s from James Madison University.
