Murray Kirk, is part of the development team. Kirk has more than 30 years’ experience in design and project management. He has been responsible for planning and developing more than 2,600 market rate and affordable apartment residences throughout the mid-Atlantic. He directs all phases of construction, design, site preparation, compliance with governmental regulations and codes, and financial management for all new projects. Kirk is a magna cum laude graduate of State University of New York with a degree in architectural technology.
