Stefanie Franklin began her career in the family business at the age of 15, working part-time as an office runner throughout high school. After graduation, she chose to enter the workforce directly instead of pursuing higher education immediately, taking a position as a leasing consultant at Thalia Garden Apartments.

Eventually, Stefanie decided to pursue a college degree and enrolled at Old Dominion University. She graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education and dedicated several years to teaching. However, with property management being her family’s business, she felt drawn to return to her roots.

Today, Stefanie serves as a systems coordinator, ensuring that all operational systems function optimally for the company’s site teams.
