Rhonda Mixer, Senior Vice President, Development: Rhonda is a founding member of the Franklin Group team. In her role, she is responsible for the processing and closing of all debt and equity structures associated with the development and acquisition of apartment assets for the company. She also evaluates the feasibility of new development and acquisition opportunities and manages the due diligence process during the pre-development phase of new projects.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and is an Approved Mortgage Banker for the Virginia Housing Development Authority.
