Murray Kirk, Senior Vice President, Design & Construction: Murray has more than 30 years of experience in design and project management in New Zealand, England, and the United States. He directs all phases of construction, ensuring that building design, land preparation, city and county regulations, and financial considerations are executed in a timely manner and to superior aesthetic standards. He has overseen every aspect of development for more than 2600 market rate and tax credit residences throughout Virginia and North Carolina.

He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Erie County Community College, State University of New York with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology.
