Megan Kovacevich, Vice President: Megan’s career in multifamily began in 2010, laying a strong foundation for her future success. Joining Franklin Group in 2015, Megan quickly distinguished herself as a highly effective Community Manager, earning her community the Franklin Group’s prestigious Community of the Year award in 2016.

Her exceptional performance and dedication propelled her through the ranks at Franklin Group. She was promoted to Regional Manager in 2018, demonstrating her ability to lead and inspire teams on a larger scale. Her continued success was recognized in 2023 when she received the Regional of the Year Award. In 2024, she was honored with the Wendell C. Franklin Award and further recognized for her outstanding contributions and proven leadership with her appointment to Vice President.
