Glenn Evers, Vice President: Glenn has enjoyed more than 4 decades of the Property Management field beginning as a Part-time leasing agent in the Florida market.  Glenn worked all on site office positions including Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager before moving on to corporate roles such as Regional Property Manager, Senior Regional Property Manager, Regional Vice President and Vice President of Operations.

In his time in the field, Glenn has worked on most property types to include Garden, Mid Rise and High Rise Communities.  Dealing with AA+ Class, Stabilized B/C assets, distressed assets and affordable communities.  Glenn has worked for small owners over the years such as FRM Properties, PCMG and Fifteen Asset and working with large REIT’s such as Merry Land & Investment, AIMCO & MAA.  Glenn joined the Affordable arena in 2019 when joining Greystone as Regional Vice President over the Southeast.  In 2021 Glenn was promoted to Director of Operations overseeing up to 10 states, 160 communities and over 16,000.  Glenn joined Franklin Group as Vice President of Operations overseeing the South Carolina and Georgia markets.

Glenn spent many years involved in the Apartment Associations serving as President of the First Coast Apartment Association and as President of the Florida Apartment Association.
