Beginning her career with the Franklin Group as an Assistant Community Manager, Destiny quickly demonstrated her ability to lead and manage, rising through the ranks from Community Manager to Senior Community Manager. Her strategic vision and dedication to operational efficiency led to her promotion to Regional Manager, and ultimately, to her current role as Vice President of the North Region.
