Barbara Byrnes, Corporate Paralegal & Development Administrator: Barbara joined the Franklin Group in 2020 and was quickly promoted to also serve as the development administrator. Prior to joining Franklin Group, she worked for Williams Mullen honing her expertise in legal assistance and administration for 22 years.

Barbara is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assisting.
