Angie Lombardi, Vice President of Marketing: Angie is responsible for all marketing and leasing initiatives for the company’s extensive portfolio, spanning from Rhode Island to Florida. Joining the Franklin Group in October 2018, she ensures all marketing strategies consistently meet the company’s high standards. In 2023, she was recognized with the company’s Above and Beyond Award, acknowledging her exceptional dedication and contributions.

With 24 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 16 dedicated to the multifamily industry, Angie possesses a deep understanding of the market. She has cultivated strong relationships with property management professionals throughout the multifamily industry.  

Prior to joining Franklin Group, she served in the Apartments.com Division of CoStar Group, where she provided expert consultation to over 170 clients, optimizing their online marketing strategies. Her previous experience includes high-profile sales positions within merchandising companies focused on the multifamily sector.  

Angie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the Hampton Roads Chamber LEAD 757 program. Demonstrating her commitment to community service, she serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Beach SPCA, reflecting her passion for animal welfare.
