Angie Lombardi, Vice President of Marketing, joined the Franklin Group in October 2018. Angie is responsible for strategic marketing and leasing FG’s entire portfolio from Rhode Island to Florida to ensure strategies meet the Franklin Group standards. Angie has 24 years of experience in sales and marketing, 15 of which are in the multifamily industry, and has worked directly with property management professionals throughout the Hampton Roads market. Prior to joining the Franklin Group, she worked in the Apartments.com Division of CoStar Group, consulting over 170 clients in regards to maximizing the effectiveness of their online marketing strategy. Her past experience has been in high-profile sales positions within merchandising companies whose primary focus was the multifamily sector. Angie is very passionate about animals and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Beach SPCA. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University where she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
