Virginia Beach, VA – February 23, 2016 – The Executive Committee of The Franklin Johnston Group recently promoted Rhonda Mixer to Vice President of Development, Debt and Equity Manager. She is responsible for the processing and management of all debt and equity closings associated with the development, acquisition and refinancing of apartment assets for the company.
Since the company’s founding, Rhonda has been responsible for closing over a dozen transactions with an aggregate value of over $200 million. She has developed tremendous knowledge in the complex arena of multi-family capital markets and is an expert in transactional work associated with HUD, VHDA and the LIHTC program.
Her dedication to the development team in this area is a major reason The Franklin Johnston Group is one of the most respected producers of apartment communities in the Mid Atlantic. Rhonda earned a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, and is a founding member of The Franklin Johnston Group.
