Rhonda Mixer - SVP Development, is a founding member of the Franklin Group team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and is an Approved Mortgage Banker for the Virginia Housing Development Authority. Mixer is responsible for the processing and closing of all debt and equity structures associated with the development and acquisition of apartment assets for the company. She also evaluates the feasibility of new development and acquisition opportunities and manages the due diligence process during the pre-development phase of new projects. She was previously associated with the Multi-Family Development division of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.
