Virginia Beach, Va. – The Franklin Johnston Group, a leading Virginia Beach multifamily development and property management firm, welcomes Kendra Dickerson as the company’s new Regional Marketing Specialist.
Dickerson will be responsible for the strategic leasing and marketing of The Group’s Northern Virginia portfolio consisting of 3,800+ units. She will work with the Regional Portfolio Managers/VPs and on-site staff to maintain and improve occupancy and rental income at the sites through the implementation of various marketing and sales programs. Furthermore, she will strategically identify and vet beneficial partnerships that will support The Franklin Johnston Group’s mission and vision, promote community lifestyles, and further overall investment strategy required to strengthen overall performance.

Dickerson joins The Franklin Johnston Group from Pinnacle Campus Living, where she was a General Manager of a $224 million asset in the Washington-Metro area. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
