Mily Barrenechea, Assistant Community Manager at Somerset Pointe Apartments in Gainesville, VA, knows all about the importance of continuing education in the multifamily housing industry. On November 13th, Mily was installed as an Apartment Resident Manager, ARM, during the final IREM meeting of the year for Chapter 77.
In addition to Mily’s installment, another talented member of our organization was acknowledged. Debbie Franco, Senior Community Manager in Northern Virginia, will be serving as the 2014 Co-chair on the Member Services Committee and heading Recruitment, Growth and Member Satisfaction.
