Virginia Beach, Va — March 30, 2026 — Franklin Group today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with three strategic appointments:  Jason Drane as Senior Vice President, Growth and Innovation, Katherine Vance as Vice President of Compliance and Erin Ruane as Vice President of Marketing. 

The additions reflect Franklin Group’s continued investment in leadership and operational excellence as the company grows into new markets while strengthening its multifamily development and management platform.

Ruane joins Franklin Group with extensive experience leading marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation initiatives. In her role, she will lead the company’s corporate marketing strategy and property-level marketing efforts, focusing on strengthening Franklin Group’s brand presence, enhancing marketing performance across the portfolio, and creating lasting value for clients, residents, employees, and stakeholders.  “I’m thrilled to join Franklin Group at this point in the company’s history,” noted Ruane.  “My goal is to build on our strong foundation creating a data-driven, strategic marketing engine resulting in even greater experiences for our key stakeholders.” 

Vance brings significant expertise in affordable housing compliance and regulatory oversight, including experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD programs, and other federal and state housing regulations.
