Pendleton Townhomes Pet Policy

$300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $550 for two pets. Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per household. You must comply with all ordinances regarding animals, maintain current shots or inoculations and obtain any required license or permit. You will provide us with proof of inoculations and licenses upon request. Breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Shar Peis, Cane Corso, Chow, Akita, Wolf Hybrids, Huskies, any mixed breed that includes any prohibited breed and dogs with specific defensive or attack training. Exotic pets and reptiles, ferrets and sugar sliders are also prohibited. No visiting pets allowed.
