Drane serves as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Growth at Franklin Group, where he leads strategic initiatives across Compliance, Information Technology, Marketing, Corporate Accounting, and Support Services. Jason brings more than a decade of progressive leadership experience from the healthcare industry, most recently serving in a senior operational leadership role at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and the nationally recognized Sentara Heart Hospital. There, he directed complex multidisciplinary operations, led major technology and process improvement initiatives, and managed budgets exceeding $100 million.
