ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
The Operations Support department serves as a centralized resource for both property and corporate teams. Our team manages vendor onboarding and support, assists with the annual budgeting process, and oversees key operational platforms, including HappyCo and NetVendor. We coordinate insurance and risk management activities, lead RFPs for new business opportunities, and support corporate accounting functions and month-end procedures. Additionally, Operations Support is responsible for leading all property transitions, working closely with every department to ensure smooth and efficient integration into the Franklin Group portfolio.
