The 2024 program began with an intensive opening retreat and concluded with a celebratory graduation ceremony on November 14, 2024, during the BRAVO! Celebration. Its immersive monthly sessions featured experiences such as tours of Naval Station Norfolk, discussions with local and state officials, and explorations of the region’s arts and tourism sectors, offering participants unparalleled insights into the opportunities and challenges facing Hampton Roads.
