Hampton Roads, VA – Aven Oliver, Director of Transitions at the Franklin Group, has proudly graduated from the Class of 2024 of the distinguished LEAD757 Signature Program, a flagship initiative of the Hampton Roads Chamber. Designed to foster visionary leadership and address critical challenges, LEAD757 cultivates a network of diverse leaders dedicated to creating positive change across the region.
This transformative program, which began on March 21, 2024, brings together accomplished professionals to promote servant leadership, foster collaboration, and address issues shaping Hampton Roads’ position in the state, nation, and global economy. Through education, strategic partnerships, and networking, participants gain tools to make meaningful contributions.
LEAD757’s curriculum spans key economic and societal themes, including infrastructure, workforce development, government, tourism, maritime innovation, and military impact. It provides participants with in-depth knowledge and practical insights into the region’s most pressing issues. The 2024 program began with an intensive opening retreat and concluded with a celebratory graduation ceremony on November 14, 2024, during the BRAVO! Celebration. Its immersive monthly sessions featured experiences such as tours of Naval Station Norfolk, discussions with local and state officials, and explorations of the region’s arts and tourism sectors, offering participants unparalleled insights into the opportunities and challenges facing Hampton Roads.
